Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment and your order unless it is a pre-order or a special request order. All shipping and processing are done on business days.

DOMESTIC: Shipping to a location in Serbia takes 1-2 business days. The courier service we ship domestic orders is Post Express. All payments are exclusively done by cash on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL: All orders are shipped via The Post of Serbia. Tracking information is available and you will be provided with the tracking number within the shipping confirmation email. Duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not cover these additional charges. Some delays in shipping are always possible. Orders may take longer depending on your location and if your package has been held up in customs.

 STANDARD SHIPPING TIME

SERBIA: 1-2 business days
EUROPE: 5-21 business days
Rest of the World: 7-30 business days

If you haven’t received your order in expected time period for shipping to your country, you can contact us by writing an email to [email protected] . If the package has entered your country, make sure to check with the post and customs of your country. It is possible it has been held up. If the package is returning to us, we will let you know as soon as we receive it. In this case, make sure to check the address and the shipping info you provided us with.

We take no responsibility for lost or damaged packages due to bad handling of the post office. Mis-directed packages due to incorrect shipping info will most likely be returned to us. In this case, you will be contacted and we will resend it. If the incorrect shipping information was our fault, we will cover those shipping charges. If the shipping info you provided us with was incorrect, then you will have to cover those charges.
